This “Turquoise Sea Shell” Gourd Shard Necklace Set is my homage to the shores of Washington state. The shell shape shard is about 3 inches by 4 inches with a 1-inch shell hanging from the tip. The gourd shell is the natural gourd color with wood burned tangle patterns. The chain hangs at about 11 inches and has beads only at the bottom. I found turquoise starfish beads to compliment my large round turquoise beads. I also add the starfish beads to the matching earrings. This piece is much lighter than it looks, you won’t feel it hanging there until you play with the shell at the bottom and remember your times at the beach. It will set you off daydreaming!
