My Hummer on a Flower Gourd Shard Necklace Set is a show stopper in green, yellow, and blue. The oval shard is about three inches by four inches and has a gold rim around the edge. Yellow daisies are wood burned and painted near a branch where a blue and turquoise hummingbird enjoys the early morning air.

I decorated the gold-toned chain with green glass beads surrounded by tiny yellow beads that add sparkle to the piece—and repeated this design to the earrings. I also included some lovely textured brass beads hanging from the gourd necklace’s bottom. The lightweight necklace will hang about 11 inches from the neck and compliment any plain-colored top.
