My Pin Pattern Gourd Shard Necklace Set has a very unique decoration material. I started the process by penciling on dots in a pattern found in a quilt book. Next, I cut off several headpins so they would fit the shard’s surface depth. Then,  I inserted a pin into each dot with a jewelry hammer. I know, I had the patience of Job! It’s not a technique I will do again.

The shard is an oval about 3 inches wide. I burned the edge of the shard to focus your eye on the beads and found a weightless, delicate silver-tone chain and let it hang about 11 inches from your neck. The chain and earrings are adorned with large turquoise beads, and then I added tiny yellow and green pony beads. I also added a sizeable turquoise-colored bead from the bottom of the necklace.

If you want something unusual to wear and discuss at an event, this necklace is for you. Creating took several hours, and I find it hard to let it go! But you can buy it today, and I will even send it to you with no shipping charge.
