Shipping Policy
Your purchase will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and an email will be sent to you asking for a reply upon receiving your necklace as shipped.
Refunds
My refund and returns policy last 30 days. During this time, if you are not happy with my product, I will do my best to resolve any problems you have through an exchange or a refund.
Damaged Necklace
If your necklace arrives broken, please take a picture of the item and attach it to an email explaining what happened. I can offer a refund, or you may choose another necklace of the same or above value. This action also applies if you received the gourd jewelry as a gift.
Exchanging your Necklace
Upon inspection, if you are unhappy with the piece, you purchased or received as a gift, you may exchange it for another at the same value or above. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please include your receipt if you have it. Also, let me know which necklace you would like as an exchange.
Receiving a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you of the approval, and a refund will be mailed within 24 hours. Please let me know if you have problems with the refund.
